The design includes the name of the fifth member on the memorial from World War One.

Frank Bailey died of pneumonia just 7 days before the end of WW1 and is buried in Plovdiv Central Cemetery Bulgaria. He was born at 12 Rosemount Road, Burton to John William Abbott a Brewers Clerk and Francis Bailey. Frank is also listed as a Brewers Clerk on the 1911 Census. At the time of his death, he was married to Elizabeth Bailey and they lived in Newton Solney.
